Okay, writing friends, here’s the scenario. . .You’re working hard on a project you’re really proud of, feeling good, meeting all those deadlines you’ve set for yourself and suddenly – wham!  You get slammed into the boards by something or someone out of your control.  Your attention is drawn away, your emotions are in a spin, your energy is sapped and your time is lost.  How do you get back on track?

Me?  I gave myself a good cry tonight for about 15 minutes and then I was good to go.
